The Book Shop Colne - a local, independent book shop in Colne, Pendle, Lancashire
The Bookshop was established in August 2008 by business partners Christine Barker and Joanne Watson. With over 30 years experience in the book trade between them they can offer a wealth of knowledge and advice.
The book shop is situated in Colne's main street and is just above the ancient medieval church of St Bartholomew.
We stock a wide range of books for all the family, including a mix of new and bargain titles, with a special corner devoted to children's books.
Browsers are welcome and are sure of a warm reception in the friendly atmosphere of the shop.
If you are unable to find the book you want on the shelves, thousands of titles are available to order with next day delivery. Orders can also be phoned or emailed.
Opening Hours
The shop is open 9.30 to 5.30 every day, except Tuesday when we close at 4.00 and Saturday when we close at 4.30. Closed Sunday.
